Five Lines Customs in accordance with the ACCC refund policy holds the rights to refuse refunds based on the consumer changing their minds on a purchase. Five Lines Customs will take into consideration every refund request individually in which will provide an amicable solution.

Please email sales@fivelinescustoms.com to request a "Returns Form" to fill in and submit back.

Ensure you post your item to us in a secure package at your own expense and include the filled in Returns Forms please.

Please Provide the following:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for returning
  • Your contact details
  • You must return your item within 14 days of receiving goods in the following condition:
  • You have yet to wear or wash your gear
  • Any tags are still attached

Five Lines Customs does not take responsibility for any returned items that do not reach us. Once we have received the returned products, exchanges / refunds will be processed within standard time frames.
